CTSW operates a variety of scheduled ‘Shopper Bus’ routes within Salisbury, Amesbury and surrounding rural areas. Most routes are weekly, while others run every other week (fortnightly).
Destinations for our shopper routes are to supermarkets, depending on where you live, what minibus routes are near to you will determine which supermarket that service goes to. We cannot always guarantee to get you to the supermarket of your choice.
We also have to check current capacity as we have a legal obligation not to overload the minibus, we endeavour to do our best to get you where you want to go.
All drivers are trained and experienced Minibus drivers who are friendly and always there to help you on and off the bus.
All our services are personalised, at an arranged time we collect you from your home and on arrival at the supermarket we advise you of a return time to collect you and all other passengers with their shopping and return you home.

How does The Shopper Minibus Service Work?
To use our shopper services you have to register and subscribe with a small annual fee, renewable yearly. No other fees are required. You will also need to be registered and in possession as a ‘Concessionary Bus Pass’ holder. And because we care, we like to know any information about mobility so drivers are aware of any needs required to enter or exit our minibuses.
Once we have established we can accommodate you on one of our services we will advise of an approximate pick-up time to collect you from your home. Drivers will help assist you on and off the bus (if required) making sure you are secure in your seat. After arriving at the supermarket destination the driver will arrange a time to collect you and other passengers with your shopping.
On arrival at your home the driver will be happy to help take your shopping to your front door. Before leaving, the driver will ask if you would like the service the next time?
WHY AM I DOING THIS
a) If the answer is ‘Yes’ the driver will note on his paperwork for you to be collected next time.
b) Should it be a ‘future date’, the driver will note on his paperwork for you to be collected on that date.
c) Should you be ‘undecided’, you will need to contact CTSW on (01722) 410123 or 414566 to arrange to use the service again.
d) Should you at any time have to cancel your pick-up, simply call ASAP 410123 or 414566.
If phone lines are busy or out of office hours, leave a message on our answer service, informing who you are, the Shopper service your using, and importantly when you need the service next time, or that you will call to advise when you need it again.
